New generation compact rotary rack ovens for bread and pastry products
B series does not restrain your creativity. Oven gives space for your ideas even where there’s no space. B series is an extremely compact rotary rack oven for bread and pastry products, fast and very easy to be installed thanks to its modular structure. It can pass through common doors without any difficulty and it can be installed in premises with very low ceilings.
In the basic version it offers several technical solutions that other producers generally offer as additional options. B series allows a reduction in consumptions more than 30% compared to the traditional rotary rack ovens. Freestyle is the first “three-section rotary rack oven“ (patented) that can bake just a few trays (a complete rack is not always needed) consuming the necessary energy avoiding any loss of energy.

B-FS electric version is the first three-section rotary rack oven (patented) which allows to reduce the consumptions of 33% or 66% when the baking of a complete rack is not needed: you can decide whether to bake 5, 10 or 15/18 trays and thus to use 1/3, 2/3 or 3/3 of the power. No more money wasted paying for the unnecessary consumption of your old oven.
